Great training!

Bench press: 60kg (5-5-5) [short rest time in between sets, remember that next time]

DB shoulder press: 15kg (10-8-9) [maintain focus, stare directly ahead]

Dips: +5kg (12-10-8) [7,5-10kg next time]
