22.8.2011 - The Advanced Novice Program

Okay so today was my first day of the advanced novice program, a continuation of starting strength.

Squat: 100kg (5-5-5, deeper, slower)

Bench: 62,5kg (5-5-5)

Chin-ups: BW+7,5kg (7-5-5)
