Back from London and the summer place, it's been a while.
So it's been like 3 weeks so my lifts have dropped a little, but I'll push them back up.
Squat: 110kg (4-4-4)
Bench: 57.5kg (5-5-11) Hmmm :D
Deadlift: 130kg (2)
Dips: bw+10kg (7-7)
