Should have listened to my body and just recovered two extra days, but well oh well.


Squat: 102.5kg (3-2-3)

SMP: 45kg (4-3-0, killed my shoulders >.<)

Power Clean: none, ^


PS. I was at Cage 15 today, it was fun! =)
