Just came home from the gym, here's what I did.

Bench: 5 x 52½kg x 5

Squat: 5 x  72½kg x 5

Rows: 5 x 60kg x 5


+ Dips (7+5), abs (crunches; 2 x 45kg x 25)


Food!

- PWO shake
- 0,5l milk
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 bananas
